 The Sizzix Personal Diecut Machine weighs just about 15 pounds which makes it moderately portable. The weight of the machine is not balanced due to the platform design so be careful when you pick it up. It fits perfectly in the base of most scrapbook totes. Sizzix has also released their own tote designed to hold the Sizzix Machine, the Sizzix Adapter and a number of Sizzix dies. The Sizzix Machine does work on most surfaces but will perform best on hard flat counters or tables. It is left to the discretion of the paper crafter where and when they would like to diecut, but for those of us running around all the time, the Sizzix Machine has been tested in any and all circumstances and still come out shining. |
